LJ Solutions Services LLC respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how to report infringement on content hosted through Anansel, including author sites and downloadable files uploaded by our customers.

Submitting a DMCA notice

To be effective, your written notice must include:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the author site URL and file name).
Your contact information (address, telephone, and email).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the designated agent with the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g). We may restore material unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

No pre-screening
