Anansel uses artificial intelligence to help solo publishers create books and marketing content faster. This page explains where AI is used and what you should know before publishing.
Features that use AI
AI may be used when you:
- Generate book interiors (coloring pages, mazes, illustrated tales, novels, and related page types).
- Regenerate individual book pages or illustrations.
- Generate store listing descriptions and keywords from your book metadata.
- Draft HTML content for launch campaigns (editable before sending).
Third-party AI providers
We run AI through our backend services, which may use third-party models. Your prompts and context are sent to these systems to produce output for your workspace.
Limitations and your responsibilities
AI output is probabilistic. It may contain errors, unintended similarities to existing works, or content unsuitable for your audience. You must review everything before publishing, selling, or emailing.
You are responsible for ensuring your books and campaigns comply with each retailer's rules (including AI disclosure requirements where applicable), copyright law, and advertising standards.
We do not guarantee that AI output is original, commercially safe, or free from third-party claims.
Ownership
Subject to our Terms and your compliance with law, you control how you use AI output in your publishing business. We do not claim ownership of your books or campaigns.
